AUTWORKS CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND CONDITIONS

Since AutWorks provides digital content and instantly fulfilled software service (SaaS), refund processes depend on the service usage status and purchase time. For a user to be able to request a refund, both of the following conditions must be met simultaneously:

  • Time Condition: No more than 72 (seventy-two) hours must have passed since the purchase. If 72 hours have passed since the purchase, the service fee will not be refunded.
  • Usage Condition: The user must not have used any of the "Credits" included in the package (for any operation such as image creation, video production, model change, etc.). Logging into the system does not prevent a refund, but if even a single credit has been consumed, no refund will be made.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS (Examples)

In the following cases, refund requests are automatically rejected by the system:

  • More than 72 hours have passed since the purchase (even if no credits have been used) [Related article: The 72-hour rule you mentioned].
  • Even if less than 72 hours have passed since the purchase, at least 1 (one) of the credits in the package content has been used [Related article: The rule of purchasing and using before 1 hour you mentioned].
  • The technical features of the software or the generated outputs (AI models) not matching the user's personal preference (as the service has been fulfilled).

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCESS

Users who meet the conditions must submit their refund requests to support@autworks.com or through the support panel on the platform. Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days using the payment method used by the user (credit card/bank card).

4. DYNAMIC SERVICE AND CREDIT SYSTEM REMINDER

The user accepts that the features (Capabilities) on the platform may change over time, new features may be added, or existing ones may be updated. These updates do not constitute a reason for refund for packages that have already been purchased and do not meet the refund conditions above.
